Girls, Robots, Dragons (GRD) is a Web3 fantasy game filled with mystical adventures and rewards for community. Its gameplay is based on what is called “Lore Book”. Members of the GRD community are known as “Lore Keepers”, who are responsible for the treasure of knowledge and bonding with tribes in the game.
By collecting NFTs, Lore Keeper joins GRD and competes against each other for prestige and rewards. The project has been kicking off since April 2022 with the release of the exclusive NFT collection, designed by well-known artists Zoltan Boros and Gabor Szikszai, who have created many artworks for Magic: The Gathering TCG, Dungeons & Dragons, Star Wars RPG, World of Warcraft TCG, and Hearthstone.
NFTs
The collection’s NFTs have two sides with exclusive images. They will feature many redeemable utilities, giving owners the opportunity to receive perks like custom canvases, custom three-tone drawings, art sketches, signed prints, and bookmarks. Their specific artworks will be based on one of the 15 Girl, Robot and Dragon characters.
Girls represent all that is good in humanity; beauty, wisdom, courage and other amazing traits. Girl cards include 5 inspirational figures: the collector Ash, the mechanic Billi, the archivist Nyella, the magician Zaiyah, and the pilot Mel. Players need to collect their cards, learn their backstories and combine them together to unlock secrets.
Robots represent the future, whether it is a bright or a dark future. Like Girls, there are 5 Robot cards to collect, including the unbreakable Skytr, brute-forced Bruto, military mastermind Kacee, miner-come-cynic Volby, and the explorer of gas giants, Turo.
Dragons represent the unknown, as they can exist in the past, present, or in a dimension that humans cannot detect. There will be Grethel, who values the jewels of wisdom above all else; Yeva, who shines like golden rays of sunlight; Ror’Khan, the fiercest of them all; Koun, the provider of wealth and fortune; and Falco, a dragon that lived since ancient times.
Rules
NFT cards are divided into 4 ranks: Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. By collecting all 5 cards of each type of hero, Lore Keeper will earn the corresponding Hero Medal. Earning all three Hero Medals (or. collecting all 15 Girl, Robot, and Dragon cards) of a single rank will allow the player to submit the entire Lore Books of that rank for rewards. When claiming prizes, the collector will still keep their card, but the card’s ability to be redeemed will disappear.
Each of the four RGD reward pools will contain a base amount of ETH, plus a percentage of funds from main and secondary sales. Such rewards will also never run out, as once Lore Keeper uses up all the rewards in a pool, the GRD team will add more ETH to them.
