Immutable X announced the official launch of GameStop NFT Marketplace which unlocks access to web3 games and millions of world-class, NFT gaming assets to tens of millions of GameStop players and GameStop Powerup Pro loyalty customers across the United States.

Immutable, the company behind the $2.5 billion Immutable X, teamed up with GameStop in February to create a refreshing NFT marketplace. The two even corporated to set up a $100 million investment fund in blockchain and metaverse games. However, there are rumors that Gamestop canceled its partnership with Immutable X, and turned to cooperate with Loopring.

With the ambition to dominate the NFT space, GameStop has made Web3 its focus development strategy. Its NFT exchange is not the only Web3 product to be launched in recent times. The giant also released its own non-custodial crypto wallet and partnered with FTX.US to bring GameStop users closer to the digital asset market.
