    Warner Bros. Releases NFT Collection Tied to “Lord of the Rings”

    Cryptory.net - Hollywood cinema giant Warner Bros is releasing 10,999 NFTs based on Lord of the Rings today, October 2022.

    With the aim of bringing the Web3 movie experiences and digital collections closer to the masses, Warner Bros is releasing the classic movie “Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring” as an NFT bundle.

    The NFT collection named “Warner Bros Movieverse” will be launched today Oct 21. Web3 company Eluvio developed and is hosting the NFTs via its Ethereum-compatible Content Fabric blockchain.

    The “Lord of the Rings” NFT collection will have two versions:

    Mystery Edition (10.000 NFT, 30 USD/NFT): Users randomly mints 1 common, uncommon or rare NFT based on The Shire, Rivendell and Mines of Moria locations in the movie. Owning one of these NFTs gives users access to an extended 4K version of the movie, 8 hours of special features, commentary, exclusive behind-the-scenes, and AR collectibles.

    Epic Edition (999 NFT, 100 USD/NFT): In addition to the extended 4K movie and 8 hours of special features and commentảy, Epic Edition also includes image galleries and AR collections for The Shire, Rivendell, and Mines of Moria.
