In a groundbreaking announcement, Elon Musk revealed his latest innovation – an AI chatbot called Grok. The motivation for creating Grok is to develop AI tools that can support humanity by enhancing research and innovation.
Musk and the xAI team said a unique and fundamental advantage of Grok is that it has real-time knowledge of the world via the X platform. “It will also answer spicy questions that are rejected by most other AI systems”, said xAI, “Grok is designed to answer questions with a bit of wit and has a rebellious streak, so please don’t use it if you hate humor!”
xAI also notes that Grok will be exclusively accessible to X Premium+ subscribers, who can gain access to this cutting-edge AI for a monthly fee of $16. Currently, it is only available for a limited number of users in the US.
