Paypal launches stablecoin PYUSD
Payment giant PayPal recently announced that it will launch its own stablecoin. Similar to USDT or USDC, PayPal USD (PYUSD) is a stablecoin fully backed by U.S. dollar deposits, short-term U.S. treasuries and similar cash equivalents. PYUSD is also an ERC-20 token on Ethereum.
